SNF has invested in a dedicated FLOQUIP™ Engineering & Fabrication facility focused solely on polymer-application equipment. Located in Midway, Georgia, the site spans 28+ acres with multiple buildings, including a 160,000-sq-ft shop for fabrication, assembly, and parts storage. Two wet-test areas—with an MCC lineup, city water supply, and disposal/containment tanks—enable full functional testing before shipment. An in-house CSA (U.S. & Canada)–certified electrical panel shop designs, builds, and applies CSA markings to control panels for compliance and quality assurance.

Engineered and fabricated in-house by SNF’s equipment division, Roughneck, the POLYMXR™ FR-EZ is a fully electric, automated dry friction reducer (FR) blending system designed for safety, efficiency, and environmental performance. It blends dry FR with fresh or produced water on-the-fly to create a high-concentration, fully hydrated FR—diluted to the desired rate at the blender.
