Due to the increasingly volatile global environment, driven by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, we are experiencing a sustained increase in operating costs across our supply chain.
Global supply constraints, currently most pronounced in Asia, are now rapidly affecting Europe as shortages of key feedstocks impact major raw material producers. While our priority remains the continuity and security of supply, this has required us to absorb significantly higher costs.
Prices for key raw materials, including propylene, acrylonitrile and acrylic acid, have risen sharply, alongside substantial increases in energy and freight costs.
As a result, we must implement a price increase of 8–12%, depending on product type, effective 1 April 2026. This adjustment will be applied on a surcharge basis.
We regret the need for this increase but remain fully committed to supporting our customers throughout these challenging market conditions. We will continue to review pricing and make adjustments, both upward and downward with full transparency as the situation evolves.
